Biography
Majority shareholder; president. Practice in the areas of employment law, antitrust, complex business and commercial litigation, securities, shareholder disputes and special litigation committees, trademark, patent and copyright litigation, leasing and constitutional law. Advise clients on an on-going basis on various issues related to employment, including discrimination prevention, counseling, matters related to employee termination, non-compete/restrictive covenants and agreements, and executive compensation. Also conduct investigations related to various employment matters and serve as outside general counsel for several clients.
